# Como exportar as informações dos meus tickets

Ter todas as informações dos seus tickets em um arquivo baixável permite analisar o desempenho da sua equipe, acompanhar oportunidades e compartilhar dados com outras áreas sem depender da plataforma. Neste artigo, você aprenderá a exportar seus tickets em segundos, com a possibilidade de filtrar exatamente o que precisa ou baixar tudo de uma vez.

### Onde encontrá-lo?

1. Vá ao menu lateral esquerdo → **CRM** → **Tickets**.
2. Aqui você verá a tabela com todos os seus tickets e suas informações associadas.

### Personalizar a visualização antes de exportar

Antes de exportar, você pode ajustar quais informações deseja incluir:

**Filtros disponíveis** (painel esquerdo):

**Colunas:** Use o botão **Colunas** (no canto superior direito da tabela) para escolher quais colunas exibir.

**Datas:** Selecione o intervalo de datas que deseja revisar.

💡 Os filtros, colunas e buscas que estiverem ativos no momento da exportação afetarão diretamente o resultado se você escolher exportar apenas as colunas visíveis.

### Exportar

1. Clique no botão **Exportar** (no canto superior direito).
2. Será aberto um painel onde você deve escolher o que deseja exportar:

| Opção                         | Descrição                                                                                          |
| ----------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Exportar colunas visíveis** | Exporta apenas as colunas atualmente visíveis na tabela, respeitando os filtros e buscas aplicados |
| **Exportar todas as colunas** | Exporta todas as colunas padrão e campos personalizados, independentemente dos filtros ativos      |

3. Opcionalmente, você pode alterar o **nome do arquivo**.
4. Clique em **Exportar**.

Será baixado automaticamente um arquivo Excel com as informações selecionadas, pronto para uso.
